I'm having difficulties with reformatting a hard drive. My wife decided she didn't want her MKII anymore so I snagged her hard drive. I followed the procedures for adding a 2nd drive, and I want to blow away the contents of the drive. Here's where I'm stuck. I have the standard 10gig drive that came with the unit. I used builder_bigdisk_v3.upgrade because car2-builder.upgrade gives me the dreaded "pump error". When builder completes, I launch hyperterminal to monitor status but the kernel doesn't start the reformat procedure. Says "drives already built" and gives me a bash prompt. I'm a linux newb so I didn't want to snoop around the drive looking for the reformat executable(if there is one??)
So not sure what the best way to proceed.
